Established in 1999, General Pumps Private Limited started its journey as an authorised distributor and a proud associate of Bosch Power Tools, the world's largest manufacturer of power tools. Starting up with a paid-up capital of less than 2 Lakh INR and about 6 employees, we have scaled up to over 300 times, employing over 40 dedicated staff across different areas of Chennai.

 

Today we house over 10 brands and deliver the highest quality of products and services to a wide range of clients and businesses. We currently operate through 4 Exclusive Brand-stores, 2 service centres and a megastore of about 10,000 sq feet in Chennai. Our core principles are to Serve and to Grow. Our mission and highest priority is providing our customers with the absolute best service in the market, including prompt assistance and after-sales service.  

 

Going forward we aim to achieve a milestone of 100 Cr + turnover and provide our valuable customers with a wider array of specialised tools and equipment to increase their productivity and overall work-efficiency.
